This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Keksio's paid subscription plans.
Keksio offers paid subscription plans (Individual and Business), each available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Current pricing for each plan is always shown on our Pricing page.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, currency conversion, sales tax/VAT, and receipts for every transaction made on Keksio. Your subscription and card details are managed by Paddle, not stored on our own servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you selected) until cancelled. You will be charged the plan price shown at checkout, unless you change plans or cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active and fully usable until the end of the billing period you already paid for — you will not be charged again, and access is not revoked immediately.
There are no cancellation fees.
Because Keksio provides immediate access to digital features upon payment, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may, at our discretion, approve a refund in cases such as a duplicate or accidental charge, a proven billing error, or where required by applicable consumer protection law.
To request a refund, contact us using the details below within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and the reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and are typically visible within 5–10 business days after approval.
If you switch between plans or billing cycles, any price difference is calculated and charged or credited automatically at your next billing date. Switching plans does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the current period.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or restrict access to paid features until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — this lets us resolve the issue faster.
For billing questions, cancellations, or refund requests, contact the Keksio team through the contact details on our Contact page.
